What if there is a problem with my order?
You are entitled to a replacement or return for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Is the AJ series car refrigerator equipped with AC cable or AC adapter?
AJ series car refrigerator is equipped with AC cable and AC adapter.
Is it normal for a refrigerator to have temperature fluctuations while it is cooling?
Yes, it is. With the energy-saving characteristics, the compressor will stop working to keep warm when it reaches the preset temperature. After a period of time, the compressor will work again to cooling.
If I place an order, how long will the order be processed and why is there no logistics information for my product?
Processing time is usually 1 business day. If you check that your tracking number has not been updated ("label created") , it may be that the carrier's shipment update is delayed, please be patient.
How is the ”guaranteed“？
Please note that all our refrigerators are ”guaranteed“ for 3 years, but the 2-year ”guaranteed“ on our manual has not been replaced for the time being, and we have gradually updated this part to the new manual.
