I was super excited when I ordered this bag, and couldn't wait to get it. I don't have much experience ordering from other countries though, so when my package stopped moving after cl**ing customs, I was worried but tried to wait. After 3 weeks passed nothing changed I finally messaged the seller he actually had already sent me a new bag on his own. He said the first one was stuck in customs, which, from my res**ch, seems to be an unfortunate common problem when buying things from other countries. The seller gave me the new tracking number it got here within a week a half! The bag is beautiful I'm SOOO SO happy with my purchase!! 10/10 recommend! Pictures are from right after opening.
