ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6X OC Edition
ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6X OC Edition, enhanced design with exceptional thermal performance.
Powered by NVIDIA DLSS3, the ultra-efficient Ada Lovelace architecture, and full ray tracing.
4th Gen Tensor Cores: Up to 4x better performance with DLSS 3 compared to brute-force rendering.
3rd Gen RT Cores: Up to 2x better ray tracing performance.
OC Mode: 2640 MHz (OC mode)/ 2610 MHz (default mode).
Axial fans increase airflow by 31%.
Slot 3.12: A series of massive fins optimized for the airflow of the three axial fans.
The hood, frame, and backplate add rigidity and are ventilated to maximize airflow and heat dissipation.
Digital power control with high-current power stages and 15K capacitors to power maximum performance.
Axial-tech Upgrades
A Fresh Spin.
Bigger and better. Axial-tech fans spin on dual ball bearings and have been scaled up to propel 21% more air through the card, setting the stage for lower temperatures, less noise, and higher performance.
Reverse Rotation & 0dB Technology
Orchestrated cold.
The two side fans rotate counterclockwise to minimize turbulence and maximize air dispersion in the heatsink. All three fans shut down when the GPU temperature drops below 50 Celsius, allowing you to play less demanding games or perform light tasks in relative silence. The fans turn back on when the temperature rises above 55C, referring to a speed curve that balances performance and acoustics for work or play.
3.12 Slot Design
Through Thick and Thin.
The custom sink is generously sized and structured to soak up heat from the GeForce RTX 4060 GPU so that it can be efficiently whisked away by the three Axial-tech fans.
Compact PCB
Compacted performance.
The layout of components has been optimized on a circuit short print to reduce waste power and let the heat escape through a massive vent located on the backplate.
Auto-Extreme Technology
Enhanced Reliability.
Auto-Extreme technology is an automated manufacturing process that sets new standards in the industry with its single-pass welds. This technology limits the thermal pressure experienced by the components and avoids the use of cleaning chemicals, resulting in a lower impact on the environment, reduced energy consumption during manufacturing and an overall more reliable product.
Aura Sync
Symphony of Light.
Aura-enabled ARGB lighting elements on the hood and rightmost perimeter of the map offer endless possibilities for customization with color or functional effects. Pair them with a wide range of compatible system components and coordinate the sparkle to create a system that's all your own.
