② Collagen (= protein) found in fishes is used to make you look younger and more attractive.
Lactobacillus (= rod-shaped bacteria that produce lactic acid) plantarum (= plants in Latin) that are separated from Kimchi (= Korean hot-tasting dish made of pickled cabbage and other vegetables) produce a large amount of lactic acid (= type of acid which is found in sour milk) and prevent harmful bacteria from growing.
